Summary:PURPOSE:To safely, efficiently dispose of oil heated to high-temperatures. CONSTITUTION:A fry cooker is divided into an upper oil tank part 1 where fry oil is stored and a lower water tank part 2. A tank 6 with an opening 7 and ant oil feed cock 9 on the top and an oil drain cock 8 on the bottom is installed in the water tank part 2 so that the opening 7 on the top of the tank 6 is located near the boundary between the oil tank part 1 and the water tank part 2. After fry cooking finishes, oil heated to high-temperature in the oil tank part 11 can be transferred into the tank 6 through the opening 7, and water is simply fed into the oil tank part 1 (the tank 6) to start the next fry cooking, so the oil in the tank 6 moves to the oil tank part l due to difference in density.
