Summary:By polymerizing acrylonitrile, AlBN with a DMSO solvent, a polymer is produced which is removed of the foam and a spinning undiluted fluid is produced. The solidified yarn produced is washed and is drawn in the three stage temperature water tub 40, 60, 95 degree C, to 5 times length. In the 1st stage drawing, silicon emulsifying agent is added, transferred to the drying part, and the silicon emulsifying agent is given, transferred to the 2nd drying part where the temperature is 150 degree C, and moved to the 180 degree C hot dir drawing part, where it is drawn by the roller range of 1.5-3g/d and the fine acrylic fiber for reinforcement is produced. 본 발명은 응고욕 내의 가이드에서 걸리는 필라멘트의 장력을 최소화함으로써 기계적 성질이 우수하고 굵기가 가는 보강재용 아크릴 섬유의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 말하면, 응고욕 내에 한 개의 가이드를 두고서 응고사를 견인각이 90도 미만인 상방향으로 견인하는 종래 기술의 방법과 달리, 본 발명은 응고욕 내에 2개의 가이드를 두고서 제1가이드에서 견인각을 90 내지 120도로 하여 제1가이드에 걸리는 장력을 최소화하고, 고속 견인에 따른 장력이 공기층 내의 압출 필라멘트에 전달되도록 함으로써, 굵기가 가늘고 기계적 성질이 우수한 섬유를 제조한다.
