Summary:PURPOSE:To surely perform winding, rewinding and the switching of a focal distance with one motor by locking the clutch of a rewinding mechanism in case of switching the focal distance. CONSTITUTION:1st and 2nd tele/wide switching levers 60 and 106 are provided for switching the focal distance and a one-tooth stopper 120 is provided so that it can mesh with the planet gear 90 of the arm 86 of a rewinding mechanism. In such a constitution, when a zoom knob 106A for switching a focus is switched to a tele side, for example, a motor 10 invertedly rotates and a gear 32 is linked with a gear 36, then the switching lever 60 rotates clockwise so as to switch a lens barrel 68 to the tele side. At such a time, since the stopper 120 meshes with the gear 90 of the rewinding arm 86 to be locked, switching to the rewinding is not executed in the midst of switching the focal distance. Thus, the winding by normal rotation, the rewinding by the inverted rotation and the switching of the focal distance can be performed with one motor 10.
