Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a good laminate film, by bringing a thermoplastic resin film into contact with an extruded polycarbonate resin having specific temp. by a guide roll made of silicone rubber to bond the same to said resin and bringing the opposite surface of the polycarbonate resin into contact with a cooling roll. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin film 5 is brought into contact with the molten polycarbonate extruded from an extrusion die 4 within a resin temp. range of 170-200 deg.C by a guide roll 2 to be well bonded thereto and brought into contact with a cooling roll 1 without being pressed thereto. Whereupon, the molten polycarbonate is rapidly cooled from the surface on the side of the cooling roll and the mirror surface of the cooling roll is transferred to the polycarbonate at the same time. By this method, a good laminate film can be obtained.
