Summary: | PURPOSE:To improve the working job efficiency by performing the synchronous drive between a spindle motor and a servomotor along a limit torque curve of the spindle motor. CONSTITUTION:The synchronous drive is secured between a spindle motor and a servomotor along a limit torque curve of the spindle motor. That is, the spindle motor is accelerated or decelerated along a straight line L1 having the fixed value T2 of a torque T and a hyperbolic curve L2. The drive of the spindle motor is controlled along both lines L1 and L2. Thus the torque T always has the larger influence of the lines L1 and L2 than a line l1 and therefore the time t5 required up to the termination of an acceleration/ deceleration line 10 is smaller than the time t6 required up to the termination of a conventional linear acceleration/deceleration line 20. Thus the highest efficiency is secured for the machine working. |
