Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the workability of coil winding work by alternately winding barrier sheets with corrugated barriers, interlayer insulating sheets and coil windings on both sides of a substrate sheet. CONSTITUTION:An interlayer insulating sheet 6 is led out of a reel 9, and wound on a winding drum 13 for a coil bobbin 1 in proper insulating number and cut. A barrier sheet 4 is drawn out of a reel 5, joined with the terminal of the sheet 6, and wound in one turn and cut. A sheet in which corrugated barriers 7, 8 are joined continuously in the longitudinal direction on the surfaces of the both ends of a substrate sheet 11 is prepared previously as the barrier sheet 4. A copper wire 2 is array-wound between the barriers 7, 8, thus forming a first layer coil 14. The same operation is repeated, thus shaping a second layer coil 15. Accordingly, the operating efficiency of coil winding work is improved.
