Summary:PURPOSE:To make it possible to detect precisely the clogging state of a filter by a method wherein temperature sensors are each installed before and behind a part to be cooled, which is supplied the cooling air from an air-blower, and when the temperature difference between the temperature of the cooling air before the part to be cooled and the temperature of the cooling air behind the part to be cooled exceeds a previously set value, an alarm is issued. CONSTITUTION:Temperature sensors 5 and 6 are each arranged before and behind a part 1 to be cooled, the sensor 5 detects the temperature of the cooling air 9 in before the air 9 enters the part 1 in a ventilating path 3 and the sensor 6 detects the temperature of the cooling air 9 exhaused from the part 1. An alarm part 7 finds the difference between the temperature detected by the sensor 5 and the temperature detected by the sensor 6. This temperature rise value is compared with a previously set reference value and in case the temperature rise value becomes the reference value or more, the part 7 outputs an alarm signal 8 and a display of an alarm lamp or rumbling of a buzzer and so on are performed. Thereby, an operator knows that a filter 9 is clogged and exchanges the filter 9.
