Summary:PURPOSE:To speed up a processing, by updating a first oscillating waveform value stored in a storage part to the latest sampled oscillating waveform value and performing operation based on the difference between the updated oscillating waveform value and said first oscillating waveform value by an arithmetic processing part. CONSTITUTION:When data is continuously fetched at every oscillating waveform sampling time, contents stored in the storage part are x0, x1,...xN-1, and xN before sampling of a certain oscillating waveform and are x1, x2,...xN, and xN+1 after sampling. That is, x0 is removed from the contents of stored oscillating waveform values and xN+1 is added to those at the time of sampling the oscillating waveform. Since data x1-xN are left in the storage part, Fourier transformation is executed and added xN+1 and removed x0 to perform the operation in accordance with a simple transformation equation. Thus, the processing speed is increased.
