Summary:PURPOSE:To make a moving body light in weight, by checking the influence of the attractive force to a stator and a moving piece. CONSTITUTION:On the upper surface of a base 15 a pilot guide 16 is arranged in parallel in an upright position, in the center of which an opening 17 is provided. A stator 18 is provided on the wall facing each other of this pilot guide 16. Small teeth 19a are formed to the stator 18 and a sliding guide 20a is provided on its outside, A moving body 21 is further provided so as to cover the pilot guide 16. A sliding guide 20b is provided in its inside, too, and the above sliding guide 20a is slidingly provided with free sliding. An iron core 23 is provided so as to cramp a permanent magnet 22 and around a moving piece 25 at the tip of the pole teeth 24 of the iron core 23 a coil 26 is wound. As the moving body 21 is thereby made so light in weight and the clearance between the stator 18 and the moving piece 25 so slight, and so easy to hold them constantly that the thrust can be much more improved.
