Summary:PURPOSE: To prevent spreading of thrown snow by crossing a snow throwing surface of each of blades away from a rotating center of a blower with a radius of the blower passing through the rotating center, and arranging the cross angle in a direction inverted to a rotating direction of the blower. CONSTITUTION: A snow-throwing surface SF of a blade 62 of a blower 58 and a front surface of a base portion 62a of the blade 62 are crossed at a cross angle θ with a surface RF of the blower 58, which passes through a rotating center of the blower. Further, the blade 62 is erected on a base plate 60 such that the cross angle θ is arranged in a direction inverted to the a rotating direction R of the blower 58, and an edge 62a1 of the base portion 62a of the blade 62 is rigidly fitted to a circumferential surface 68b of a boss 68 by welding. Thus, spreading of thrown snow due to colliding with a chute or the like hardly occurs, and therefore a snow-throwing distance can be extended.
