CONSTITUTION:A catalyst for preparing polyurethane of the formula (wherein m and n are each 0-6; m+n is 1-6) is obtd. by adding propylene oxide to dimethylaminopropylamine. A polyurethane is obtd. by compounding 100pts.wt. polyol (e.g., polyetherpolyol), 0.01-10pts.wt. above-described catalyst, water, a surface active agent and a polyisocyanate (e.g., 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate) and foaming them.
