Summary:PURPOSE: To drastically downsize a grip driving mechanism by linking an exhaust pipe and a suction pipe of a pump jack to supply and exhaust ports of grip jacks for driving a gripper mounted in a machine body. CONSTITUTION: A main body 10a of rotary buckets 10a, 10b, 10c has expansion mechanisms 11a, 11b, 11c arranged thereon, which mechanisms are expanded and contracted according to the operation of the rotary buckets. Pump jacks 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d working with the expansion mechanisms are connected to the same. The rotary buckets 10a, 10b, 10c has grip jacks 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d disposed thereon, for operating a gripper 13, and connected to suction and exhaust ports of the respective grip jacks are an exhaust pipe 16 and a suction pipe 17 of the pump jacks 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d. According to the operation of the pump jacks 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d, the grip jacks 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d are automatically expanded and contracted to operate the gripper 13. Thus, the grip operating mechanism can be downsized drastically, and the gripping performance can be enhanced remarkably.
