Summary:PURPOSE: To efficiency accumulate cut dusts in a dust collecting case without spreading the dusts by using a rabyrinth section comprising a plurality of steps for air resistant materials narrowing a dust flowing path which is near a dust discharge outlet, and an air inflation chamber which is at the rear section of each air resistant material. CONSTITUTION: Through the use of a rabyrinth section 13, the dust which has been unable to be discharged from a dust discharge outlet 10 is discharged out and sprayed in a dust collecting case 3 by air pressure difference caused between an air resistant material 13a and an air inflation chamber 13b, making use of air flow generated by a circumference rotation speed of a rotary blade and thus, accumulated in the dust collecting case 3.
