PURPOSE:To perform better lubrication in a main bearing and an oscillating bearing by providing an oil discharge preventing means on the upper part of escape part located on the upper side of the eccentric hole of the large diameter part of a main shaft. CONSTITUTION:A first oil groove 22c the axial direction and a first oil hole 22d in a radial direction which continues from the upper position in the oil groove 22c to a escape part 6e located on the upper side of the back part of an oscillating bearing 22 are provided on the inner circumference of the oscillating bearing 22. In the large diameter part 6a of a main shaft 6, a second oil groove 6j in the axial direction, the lower part of which is closed and the upper part of which is opened, and a second oil hole 6i which connects the escape part 6e to the oil groove 6j are provided on the eccentric side of an eccentric hole 6c. A seal ring 31 is provided on the upper part of the escape part 6e as an oil discharge preventing means. Thus, the lubrication oil introduced into the eccentric hole 6c part from the oil supply hole 6d of the main shaft 6 can lubricate the oscillating bearing 22 and also can flow into the escape part 6e from the oil groove 22c through the oil hole 22d. And the discharge of the lubrication oil from the upper end is restricted by the seal ring 31 staying at this part and a sufficient amount of oil is transported from the oil hole 6i to the oil groove 6j.
