Summary: | PURPOSE:To make phase differences between signals to a phase comparator immediately after making power supply coincident with each other, by providing a phase matching circuit which causes the phase of the signal from a variable divider to match with that of a reference signal from a synchronizing type divider by resetting or presetting the synchronizing type divider in accordance with a signal from the variable divider immediately after the power supply is made. CONSTITUTION:After a switch S1 is turned on and power supply is made, e phase matching circuit 14 receives a dividing signal from a variable divider D and a synchronizing type divider 2 is reset or preset with the dividing signal. A reference signal from the synchronizing type divider 2 and the dividing signal from the variable divider D are inputted to a phase comparator 3 in a state where the phases are matched with each other. Then a switch S0 is closed at desired timing. Therefore, the frequency of a voltage-controlled oscillator 5 does not change immediately after the power supply is turned on. |
