Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain a lining, having no gap as well as no possibility of invasion of drainage or the like, by a method wherein a plastic pipe provided with an elastic rubber layer having or not having water swelling property on the whole outer peripheral surface thereof, is employed to compress the rubber layer between the plastic pipe and a pipeline and contract the volume of the same in accordance with the heating and pressurizing expansion of the plastic pipe. CONSTITUTION:A plastic pipe 1, having an elastic rubber layer 2 on the outer peripheral surface thereof, is employed. The elastic rubber layer 2 is expanded together with the pipe 1 in the heating and pressurizing expansion process of the plastic pipe 1 and is adhered to the inner surface of a pipeline (a) while the rubber layer 2 is compressed by receiving a pressure in the pipe 1 and the volume thereof is contracted. When the pipe 1 is cooled and cured in the cooling and curing process of the plastic pipe 1, the volume of the rubber layer 2 is increased as the pipe 1 is contracted to fill up a space generated by the contraction of the plastic pipe 1. According to this method, the plastic pipe 1 is adhered to the inner surface of the pipeline (a) through the rubber layer 2 inspite of the contraction thereof after the cooling and curing of the plastic pipe 1 are finished whereby a lining, having no gap between the pipeline (a), may be obtained. |
