Summary:PURPOSE:To secure excellent corrosion resistance by thermally spraying mixed powder, consisting of high hardness powder and alloy content powder, to tip edge of a turbine blade in stratified form and then melting the alloy content powder in this layer and charging a corrosion resistant alloy the high hardness powder. CONSTITUTION:At the time of manufacturing, first mixed powder consisting of high hardness powder and alloy content powder constituting a corrosion resistant alloy, is thermally sprayed to a tip edge of a turbine blade 1 in stratified form. Next, the alloy content powder in a layer 3 is melted, and the corrosion resistant alloy is charged the high hardness powder. At this time, as for this high hardness powder, such one as 200 mesh passage or so of TiC or the like is suitable for it. And, as for the alloyed powder, such one as mixing powder of the 200 mesh passage or so of Ni or the like at the specified alloy composition is suitable for it. In addition, a mixed ratio of each powder is desirable to cause the high hardness powder to becomes 20-70% or so of the total. And, thickness of the layer 3 is sufficient enough if it is a range of 50-100mum or so.
