Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a controlled serum useful for precision management of enzyme as a target for clinical chemical tests, by subjecting a human derived cell to tissue culture. CONSTITUTION:A solution containing at least one kind of human enzyme obtained from supernatant liquid of a culture solution prepared by cultivating a human derived cell at 36-38 deg.C is blended with human pool serum to give the aimed controlled serum. The controlled serum contains 4-40 KAU alkali phosphatase, 8-150 KU glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase, 8-130 KU glutamic- pyruvic transaminase and 50-2,000 WU lactic dehydrogenase. Further the controlled serum preferably contains 5-100mU/ml gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase and 10-550 SU amylase.
