Summary:PURPOSE:To improve the extent of combustion efficiency as well as to prevent black lead from occurring, by having a mixture of gas fuel and moist steam inhaled in a suction pipe of an engine, and burning it together with liquid fuel. CONSTITUTION:When an engine 1 is started, a solenoid valve 24 is opened, whereby negative pressure of a suction pipe 2 to be produced in proportion to engine speed is fed to a suction pipe end connection 20 of a flow regulating valve 17 from a connection pipe 21, and a diaphragm 22 is attracted to the lower part against a spring, thus a needle valve 23 opens an inflow port 18. With this, gas fuel of the preset flow passes through a feed pipe 16 from a gas fuel vessel 14, and discharged to the inside of a moist steam generating tank 6 from a discharge cylinder 15. And, moist steam to be produced out of this generating rank 6 is mixed with the gas fuel discharged out of this discharge cylinder 15, coming to a mixture, and it is inhaled in the suction pipe 2 by way of a feed pipe 7, thus it is fed to a combustion chamber of the engine 1 and burned together with the outside air.
