Summary:PURPOSE:To continuously perform construction work by a method in which sand bags are formed below a long sheet, sand is charged into the bags, the joint part of the bag is closed while pulling out the long sheet, and the sand bag is lowered into a casing while forming the body of the sand bag. CONSTITUTION:A bag A is formed in the lower part of a long sheet 6, and sand 11 is charged into the bag A through a charging tube 2 from a hopper 1 by opening a valve 3. While pulling out the sheet 6 downwards, the portion 6B of the sheet is closed, and the sand bag A is lowered into a casing 12 while forming the body A1 of the bag A. The part slightly above the opening of the casing of the bag A is cut off by a cutter 10, and the casing 12 is drawn out. The construction cost and period as well as labor cost for the construction work can thus be curtailed.
