CONSTITUTION:Lipid of nuts or beans is extracted and de-fatted by the use of carbon dioxide (e.g. 31 deg.C at 72.9atm) in a subcritical or supercritical state and the lipid is separated, various kinds of spices are added to and impregnated into de-fatted nuts or beans to give the aimed food. |
