Summary:PURPOSE:To process data at a high speed by delivering data to a high-order module from a low-order module within a storing area of an internal register. CONSTITUTION:A write control circuit part 12 stores a specific storing area of an internal register 11 where the arithmetic processing result is written when the data processing is through with a low-order module and inhibits the reset of data carried out from a staff area to said specific storing area. Thus the contents of the arithmetic processing result obtained from the low-order module are never broken although said processing result is stored in a storing area of the register 11. Then it is possible to deliver data to a high-order module from the low-order module via the storing area of the register 11. As a result, the data processing speed is increased.
