Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a crack and rupture by holding the side end of a work with allowing its sliding at the time of drawing the crest and root parts. CONSTITUTION:When a work 3 is placed on a mobile die 9 and a lower holder 10 and a lift platform 18 is descended, a 1st mobile punch 16 pushes the work 3 down at the part corresponding to a root part 5 and a 2nd crest part 6 and relatively moves for an upper holder 15 as well. With further descent of the upper holder 15, the lower holder 10 is descended by holding the side end of the work 3 with allowing a sliding in the space with the upper holder 15 and the work 3 draws the part of the root part 5 with flowing a material into the inner part from the side end. The root part 5 and the 2nd crest part 6 of the work 3 are formed with their drawing by a lower die 8 and 1st mobile punch 16 with further descent of the upper die 2. When the upper holder 15 is descended up to the lower limit position, a 2nd mobile punch 17 pushes down the center part of the work 3, the apex part of a 1st crest part 4 is formed and the drawing of the work 3 is completed.
