Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent a toner from being scattering to an outside, by providing a locking mechanism for preventing a flexible sheet from being peeled off, and also, providing a releasing mechanism for releasing an obstructed state generated by the locking mechanism, by leading a toner cartridge to a prescribed position. CONSTITUTION:In case of a normal state of a locking mechanism A, an oscillating piece 10 is maintained in a state that a leading part 10a is fitted into a small hole by means of a frictional resistance in the periphery of a horizontal shaft 11 or a slight adhesion to a bracket 9, etc., and a flexible sheet 5 is prevented from being peeled off by the leading part 10a. Also, as for a releasing mechanism B, by loading a toner cartridge 2 to the prescribed position of a hopper 1, a trailing part 10b hits against an abutting member 12a and pushed up, therefore, the oscillating piece 10 is rocked around periphery of the horizontal shaft 11 and the leading part 10a is drawn out of the small hole, and the obstructed state is released.
