Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having remarkably improved storage stability and useful as a casting resin, by adding a pi-electron receptor to a specific resin composition. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding a resin composition composed of at least (A) a regenerated polyfunctional isocyanate and (B) a hydroxyl-containing polyfunctional epoxide with (C) a pi-electron receptor. The component C is at least one kind of compound selected from (i) a monocyclic or polycyclic aromatic compound or heterocyclic aromatic compound having electron-attracting substituent group on the ring, (ii) a quinone compound and (iii) an aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon wherein all H atoms are substituted with electron-attracting group, e.g. picric acid. The amount of the component C is preferably 1X10<-5>-5wt% based on the mixture of the component A and the component B.
