Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent a shaft from slipping off from a member for loosely fitting a shaft without using a ring or the like by loosely fitting a shaft, which has a peripheral groove part whose length in the axial direction is longer than the thickness of the member in the in the peripheral groove part, to a round hole of the member. CONSTITUTION:A bearing member 11 is molded with plastic material except a peripheral groove part 13 after insertion of a shaft 12 into a metallic mold is over. The bearing member 11 and the shaft 12 are then forcibly shifted relatively in the axial line direction so that the peripheral groove part 13 is placed at a round hole part of the bearing member 11. In the bearing member 11, the dia. D3 of the round hole becomes smaller than the outer dia. D1 of the shaft 12, due to shrinkage after molding operation, whereby slipping off of the shaft 12 can be prevented and the bearing member 11 can support the shaft 12 rotatably. The shift of the bearing member 11 to the shaft 12 in the axial direction is done under the condition that the bearing member 11 is molded by means of the metal mold and the mold is in a high temperature.
