Summary: | PURPOSE:To stabilize the rotation during low speed rotation and to maintain high output during high speed rotation, by providing an idle spring device at a tension lever section which faces against a governor force receiving section of a governor lever. CONSTITUTION:A governor lever shaft 17 is provided while being shifted further to a control rack 20 side than a tension lever shaft 4. The control rack 20 is interlocked to one arm section of the governor lever 7 and the other arm section is employed as a governor force receiving section 26. An idle spring device 28 is provided in a recess 27 of a tension lever 8 which faces against the governor force receiving section 7a. During low speed rotation, the governor lever rotates to compress the idle spring, while during high speed rotation, the governor lever and the tension lever rotate integrally. Consequently, the rotation is stabilized during low speed rotation while high output can be maintained during high speed rotation. |
