Summary:PURPOSE:To edit and process partial documents to be used as the logical configuration elements of document data on a data basis through a simple operation by operating a content screen where information on the attribution of the partial document data is listed and displayed in a content format. CONSTITUTION:A content edition processing part 1 instructs a content display part 2 to display contents. The display part 2 acquires and displays the identification name 62 of the partial document data included in the partial document data attribution information 6 through a partial document data control part 4. A user moves and clicks a cursor to the display line of the information 6. The processing part 1 instructs an input processing part 7 to input and process information. The part 7 returns the clicked coordinates on the screen to the processing part 1, recognizes data by referring to the coordinate information and display position information about the information 6, and further inverts and displays the information. For instructing a move by an edition instruction, the user clicks a line to be displayed, and drag-operates after inverting display. The control part 4 decides a shift destination in a position where the user undoes a button, and executes shift processing.
