Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent recovered paper sheets from taking out by mistake, by installing a one-way power transmission device, transmitting only one direction drive of a conveying device to a recovery device, between the recovery device and the conveying device. CONSTITUTION:An impulse wheel 31 is attached to a shaft 42 via a one-way clutch 43. And, this impulse wheel 31 is rotated only when a conveyor belt 33 is driven toward a recovery magazine 32. And, when a brake plate 37 is pressed to the impulse wheel 31 and the conveyor belt 33 is driven in the delivery direction, this impulse wheel 31 is not rotated. Therefore, when a regular bill is delivered, the impulse wheel 31 is prevented from being rotated. Therefore, when a damaged bill P is recovered in the recovery magazine 32, the impulse wheel 31 is rotated and the damaged one is accurately stacked inside the recovery magazine 32. In addition, at the time of delivery, such a possibility that the damaged bill P in the recovery magazine 32 is taken out by mistake is preventable.
