Summary:PURPOSE:To invariably obtain the constant washing effect by fixing a seal face washing mechanism and an inner wall face washing mechanism to a moving frame moved to and from a panel and providing a reference roller keeping sponge rollers of the seal face and inner wall face washing mechanisms at the fixed position to the seal face of the panel. CONSTITUTION:A seal face washing mechanism 31 and an inner wall face washing mechanism 51 are provided integrally with a moving frame 26. A reference roller 62 keeping sponge rollers 34, 56 of the seal face washing mechanism 31 and the inner wall face washing mechanism 51 at the fixed position using the seal face of a panel as a reference is provided. When the reference roller 62 touches the seal face of the panel, the sponge roller 34 of the seal face washing mechanism 31 touches the seal face with the fixed pressing quantity, and the sponge roller 56 of the inner wall face washing mechanism 51 touches the inner wall face at the position with the fixed width from the seal face. The constant washing effect is invariably obtained.
