Summary: | PURPOSE:To separately recover the hydrogen sulfide gas as single sulfur by separating the noncondensed gas in the geothermal steam by an air extracting device and introducing hydrogen peroxide into the noncondensed gas and then introducing ferric sulfide into the cooling water and allowing mutual contact. CONSTITUTION:The geothermal steam taken out from a steam well 1 is supplied into a steam turbine 3 through a mist separator 2, and a power generator is driven, and the steam which executed work is discharged into a condenser 4. The noncondensed gas which is stored in a steam piping system is successively extracted by an air extracting device 9, and supplied into an after-condenser 10 through an exhaust pipe 13. In this case, a hydrogen peroxide injector 14 is connected with the exhaust pipe 13 through a feeding pump 16, and a ferric sulfate injector 17 is connected with the cooling water inlet piping 11 of the after-condenser 10 through a pouring pump 19. Further, a sulfur removing device 20 which removes and recovers the single sulfur precipitated in the cooling water is installed in the cooling water outlet piping 12 of the after-condenser 10. |
