PURPOSE:To collate and confirm a portrait and a character image even after the production of an ID card simply by providing a 1st identification code and a 2nd identification code having the same content respectively to each of the portrait and the character image. CONSTITUTION:The 1st identification code 3a used for the retrieval of a personal data is fed in the portrait 3 and it is printed out onto a print paper sheet and the 2nd identification code 4a of the same content as the 1st identification code is included in the personal data retrieved by the 1st identification code 3a and in printing out the personal data as the character image on the print sheet, the 2nd identification code 4a is also printed out. Thus, the portrait and the personal data are collated at a glance by confirming the coincidence between the 1st identification code 3a in the portrait and the 2nd identification code 4a in the personal data even after the production of the ID card 2 not only in synthesizing the portrait and the character picture representing the personal data on a CRT.
