PURPOSE:To apply bonding without shift by bonding a reinforced core on a Teflon resin sheet provided with a patch plate having 1st and 2nd reference faces orthogonal nearly to each other on the upper face, placing a head core, pressing 1st and 2nd faces of the head core while being directed to the sheet and bonding 1st and 2nd reinforcement cores to both faces of a main core. CONSTITUTION:The 1st reinforcement core 30 made of a couple of core halves is placed on a sheet 11 so that the tape slide face is directed to the 1st reference face 16a and one side face is directed to the 2nd reference face 17a respectively. Then the main core 31 comprising a couple of core halves is bonded while being directed in the same direction as the reinforcement core 30 and the 2nd reinforcement core 32 is directed in the same direction as the core 30 to form a head core 33. Then a cylinder 24 moves a mobile body 19 together with a retainer 21 to press a 1st pressing face 22a into contact with a face opposite to the tape slide face of the head core 33 and to press a 2nd pressing face 23a into contact onto the other side face of the head core 31. Thus, the 1st face of tape sliding of the head core 33 is pressed to the 1st reference face 16a and the other side face is pressed to the 2nd reference face 17a to avoid any shift between the reinforcement cores 30, 32 and the main core 31.
