Summary:PURPOSE:To suppress noise, by forming a rotary unit, which provides an annular seat surface for blocking a delivery hole and a circular arc-shaped opening, in a delivery part and providing a sealing means between the seat surface and a stationary member. CONSTITUTION:A rotary unit 5, equipped with an annular seat surface 51 blocking a delivery hole 36 and a circular arc-shaped opening part 52, is mounted being able to turn together to a driving shaft 4 of a compressor. A sealing means 6 is provided between the rotary unit 5 and a front head 33 serving as the stationary member to which the seat surface 51 is opposed. Accordingly, the compressor, which controls a delivery hole 36 of the front head 33 to be opened and closed by rotating the rotary unit 5 following the driving shaft 4, enables a delivery valve to eliminate seating noise.
