PURPOSE:To improve the operability of the operation of a process control apparatus group, by pointing the process controller on a plant flow diagram and displaying detailed data of the process control apparatus group. CONSTITUTION:A process data display program 2 in a processor 1 displays a plant flow diagram indicating a preparation line 16, valves 18-21, pump 23, flowmeter 25, etc., on a CRT 7. When, for example, the preparation line 16 is pointed with a light pen 8, the program 2 fetches the coordinates of the pointed points and discriminates that the points are on a process controller from a correlation table 3 of CRT coordinates and process controller. Then the program 2 finds the control apparatuses (valves 18, 19, and 21, pump 23, and flowmeter 25) associated with the line 16 from a process control apparatus table 4 and displays the detailed data of the apparatuses on the bottom side 31 of the CRT 7 after fetching the detailed data from a plant data base 6.
