Summary:PURPOSE:To recover antioxidant of high concentration from waste water of a bean jam processing factory by applying at least waste water generated from either of astringency removal process and boiling process to either one of volume reduction processings such as concentration and drying. CONSTITUTION:Waste water discharged from at least either one of a astringency removal process and a boiling process of bean jam processing is applied to at least either one of volume reduction processings such as concentration and drying, and antioxidant of high concentration is recovered from the waste water. The volume reduction processing is, in concrete terms, the treatment of at least either one of liquids retained by an ultrafilter membrane and a reverse osmotic membrane through a drying process such as either one of spray drying, freeze-drying and vacuum drying. For instance, an antioxidant recovery method constituting of a prefilter PF, an ultrafilter membrane UF, a reverse osmotic membrane RO, and a spray drying SD is available.
