Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain good connection by forming an oxide superconductor with Ln element, AE (at least one kind of Ba, Ca, and Sr) element, and Cu as constituting elements and using a solder material constituted of Ln, AE, and Cu for the connection to the member to be connected. CONSTITUTION:Constituting elements of an oxide superconductor such as Y, Ba, Cu, etc., are mixed, crushed, molded, and baked, then heat-treated in oxygen. The oxide superconductor thus obtained has an oxygen deficiency type perovskite structure. A solder material constituted of Ln element, AE element, and Cu is used when this conductor is connected. The ratio of the elements can be set as appropriate, and Ln 5-20%, AE 5-40%, Cu 10-80%, Ag 90% or less are used in mol%. The ratio is determined at the melting point of 980 deg. or less, the content of Ag is 5 mol% or more, and the heating is performed in the oxygen atmosphere. The sufficient connecting strength can be thereby obtained without lowering the superconductive characteristic.
