Summary: | PURPOSE:To make double injection performable for noise reduction and exhaust emission control, by operating both main- and sub-injection quantities according to an engine driving state, and correcting the main injection quantity so as not to exceed the maximum injection quantity that the total sum of both injection quantities are restricted by a smoke limit or the like. CONSTITUTION:In this controller, there are provided with both main- and sub-injection actuators 3 and 4 regulating main- and sub-injection quantities to an engine, and these actuators 3 and 4 are driven and controlled by an electrical operational device 2 on the basis of output of a driving condition detecting device 1 detecting driving conditions such as engine speed, accelerator control input, suction temperature, etc. At this time, the desired value of these main- and sub-injection quantities is operated according to the detected value of these driving conditions by the electrical operation device 2, while the desired value of the maximum injection quantity is operated. And, the main injection quantity is corrected so as to cause to total sum of these desired values of these operated main- and sub-injection quantities to become less than the desired value of the maximum injection quantity, and respective actuators 3 and 4 are driven and controlled on the basis of this corrected desired value and the desired value of the sub-injection quantity. |
