PURPOSE:To make the diameter of a moving body small and to reduce the wt. thereof, by providing a close contact member for closely bringing a main body into contact with the moving body to the main body. CONSTITUTION:An inner cylinder 46 is received in an outer cylinder 45 and a piston (moving body) 60 is provided to the main body 40 of a cutter 5 and the inner cylinder 46 is mounted to the piston 60 and air is supplied into the main body 40 to allow the piston 60 to reciprocally move and the inner cylinder 46 is reciprocally moved in the outer cylinder 45 to cut off the object to be sucked (e.g., the turbidity part of the gel like corpus vetreum present between the crystalline lens and the retina) sucked to the opening part of the outer cylinder 45. At this time, an O-ring 50 being a close contact member for closely bringing the main body 40 of the cutter 5 into contact with the piston 60 is provided to the main body 40. As a result, since the diameter of the piston 60 can be made small and the piston 60 becomes light, the piston 60 can be inner cylinder 46 can be rapidly reciprocally moved and the cutting-off efficiency of the object to be sucked can be enhanced.
