Summary:PURPOSE:To decrease a resistance value of this film and to facilitate the manufacturing of this film by forming many fine pores in the film and forming electrodes of low-resistance conductive polymer in the respective fine pores. CONSTITUTION:This film is made of an insulating material in which many fine pores are formed, and electrodes of low resistance conductive polymer are electrochemically formed in the respective fine pores. When the fine pores are formed in the film independently to an electrode conduction process of the film, an anisotropic conductive film with a low resistance value can be easily and effectively manufactured.
