Summary: | NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R1-R3 are aromatic group) and oxide thereof. EXAMPLE:9-Anthryldiphenylphosphine. USE:A fluorescent reagent for analyzing peroxylipids. PREPARATION:For example, triphenylphosphine and lithium are suspended in a solvent, such as tetrahydrofuran, and butyl chloride is then added and refluxed while being heated to remove the excess lithium. 1-Bromoanthracene is subsequently added to the reaction solution and refluxed while being heated. The resultant reaction solution is poured into water and extracted with chloroform to distill the solvent in the extract solution under reduced pressure. Thereby the aimed 9-anthryldiphenylphosphine is obtained. Furthermore, this compound is oxidized by contacting peroxylipids to form an aromatic phosphine oxide, expressed by formula II and having blue fluorescence. |
