Summary: | PURPOSE:To take an accurate measurement without causing any measurement error, etc., due to the deformation of a measurement place by projecting slit light beams on both surfaces of a lid respectively, putting their reflected light beams together, and converting the synthesized light into a video signal and calculating the measured value. CONSTITUTION:A slit light beam 16 which is longer than the width of a groove 2 stamped in one surface 15 of the lid A is projected from a projector 11 while crossing the groove 2 and straddling it, and the reflected light beams 17a and 17b reflected by one surface 15 and the bottom surface of the groove 2 are inputted to a synthesizing part 20. Further, a slit light beam 24 from a projector 13 is projected on a place 23 in the opposite surface 21 from the surface where the groove 2 is stamped corresponding to the reflection place 22 of the light beam 16 and its reflected light 25 from the surface 21 is received by a light receiver 14 and inputted to the synthesizing part 20 in the opposite direction from the reflected light beams 17a and 17b. Then the reflected light beams 17a, 17b, and 25 which are put together by the synthesizing part 20 is sent out of the synthesizing part 20 and converted by a converter into the video signal, which is displayed on a display screen 30. Consequently, accurate measurement is carried out without any measurement error due to the deformation of the measurement place of the lid A nor any damage to a protection coating. |
