Summary: | PURPOSE:To perform the shape control in rolling work with high accuracy by performing learning calculation of an effect coefficient based on a controlled variable output from a control output arithmetic circuit and a detected value of a steel sheet shape obtained by rolling based on the controlled variable output. CONSTITUTION:A shape detector 3 detects an elongation percentage of a steel sheet 2, a mode development arithmetic circuit 4 for elongation percentages develops the percentage into a normalized orthogonal function, and a target shape setting circuit 5 finds a shape mode deviation by use of a subtractor 10. A control output arithmetic circuit 6 finds an inverse matrix of an effect coefficient matrix given by a host computer 8 on an effect coefficient table 7 to find a controlled variable for respective actuators and to control a shape of the sheet 2. On the other hand, an effect coefficient arithmetic circuit 9 performs learning calculation of the effect coefficient being used in the circuit 6 based on the control output to the respective actuators and a shape feedback value from the shape detector 3 caused by the above outputs. Hence, the shape control is performed with high accuracy. |
