Summary:PURPOSE:To roast even an amount as small as one little fish and beside roast both surfaces of the fish by saving energy, by providing a pair of heating means on both sides which apply heat on both the upper and the under surface of a food to be roasted. CONSTITUTION:Gas burners 11 and 11' on both sides disposed in a roasting case 1 have burner ports 12 and 12' for heating the upper surface and burner ports 13 and 13' for heating the under surface, flame holes 14 and 14' for transferring flame is formed between the upper and the lower burner ports 12, 12' and 13, 13'. When a number of foodstuffs 4 to be roasted on a grill 3 in a roasting chamber 2 are roasted, they are heated from upper and under surfaces by means of the gas burners 11 and 11'. The case of an amount being as small as one roasting fish, either of the burners is used, and by placing the foodstuff to be roasted near the side of the using burner, easy roasting from both sides is practicable. Thus, even when the foodstuffs to be roasted are placed throughout the whole surface of a grill, only one fish to be roasted can be roasted from both surfaces.
