Summary:PURPOSE:To easily form a grease pocket simultaneously with the molding of a gear housing by forming a partially deformed part in a bearing hole by utilizing the difference in the shrinkage of a thickness variation part at a cylindrical part at the time of its formation when the gear housing is molded. CONSTITUTION:The gear housing 1 is molded out of acetal resin with which glass fibers are mixed. At this time, a thickness part 11 is formed on one side of the cylindrical part 10 forming the bearing hole 6 as the thickness variation part which differ in in-molding shrinkage and the bearing hole is deformed partially by the difference in in-formation shrinkage between the thickness part 11 and other parts, thereby forming the grease pocket 12. This thickness part is made axially long to mold a longitudinal groove grease pocket or provided around the outer periphery of the cylindrical part to form an annular groove type grease pocket.
