Summary:PURPOSE:To ensure the smooth transaction processing by selecting and accepting only an input message having high emergency in a high load state based on the conditions set by a user. CONSTITUTION:An input message monitoring means 4 refers to an input message storing area 7 and records an identifier showing a high load state in a load information storing area 5 when an on-line system is kept in a high load state. When a message is supplied from a terminal equipment 1, a message input means 2 starts an input message selection means 6 via an input message allocating means 3 as long as said identifier is recorded in the area 5. Then the transaction processing is carried out based on the deciding conditions set by a user. In this case, the message is stored in a message queue in the memory 7. While an input message folding means 10 is started if the area 7 has no idle space or the transaction processing is not carried out. Then a message showing the rejection of the transaction processing is outputted to the equipment 1. Thus the smooth processing is secured in a high load state.
