Summary:PURPOSE:To enable the torque control of high reliability to be executed, by making the minimum decomposition angle of a rotational frequency fluctuation detector, larger than the maximum peak value of the oscillation angle of rotation-directional oscillation on the side of a case with a fitted rotational speed detector. CONSTITUTION:One end of a rotary main-shaft 4 for connecting the rotor 3 of an electrically-driven element 20 and the roller 8 of a compression element 21 directly to each other is extended, and the gear 22 of rotation-detected members are firmly fitted at. In the meantime, on a vessel 1, a gap sensor 23 for detecting the gear trains of the gear 22 and generating the output of pulse signal according to the rotational speed of the main shaft 4 is fixed. The teeth number n of the gear 22 is selected to satisfy n>2pi. CsOMEGAs/ Ts.(omegas; resonance frequency of system, Cs; damping coefficient of oscillation-proof bearing member of vessel 1 of compressor, Ts; maximum value of residual component(TM-TG) between electromagnetic torque TM of electrically-driven element 20 and load-absorbing torque TG of compression element 21)
