Summary:PURPOSE:To control an electronic circuit block in which adverse influence caused by temperature change occurs at a constant temperature by etching at least one surface of both surfaces to be controlled at low and high temperatures of a peltier element, and surface-mounting a circuit element on the etched surface. CONSTITUTION:A Peltier element 1 is so composed as to form a temperature loop together with a chip thermistor 4 to hold the surface to be maintained at a constant temperature. The power terminal 3 of the element is connected to a bidirectional driver for the element to heat or cool to return the temperature change of the surface to be controlled to the original state to supply a current proportionally corresponding to the temperature change from the bidirectional driver even if it is operated in an analog manner to generate the heat for cancelling the change, thereby converging to hold constant temperature in second unit.
