Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce passage resistance for pressure oil flowing through an oil feeding path by connecting the terminal end of an oil return path to an oil suction passage extending from an oil tank of a hydraulic pump. CONSTITUTION:A switch valve 32 is disposed in an oil return path R3 downstream from a portion connected to an oil feeding path R1 extending from a hydraulic pump 26 to a control valve V, and the switch valve is used as a safety valve. The terminal end of the oil return path R3 is connected to an oil suction path R extending from an oil tank T of the hydraulic pump 26. This arrangement can reduce passage resistance for pressure oil flowing through the oil feeding path. Further, even if oil in the oil return path is forcedly sucked by the hydraulic pump to lower the oil pressure and produce passage resistance for the switch valve, oil pressure in the connecting portion of the oil feeding path with the oil return path is increased to avoid the risk of hydraulic driving state.
