Summary:PURPOSE:To detect voltage at high precision also in case of low frequency and control a motor at high precision, by detecting the terminal voltage of the motor without using a transformer. CONSTITUTION:By correcting circuits 16-18, the output of time lag circuits 13-15 is corrected, and the output of signal coinciding with the actual action of a semiconductor element is generated. From a phase number converter 19, with the input of the output va, vb, vc of the correcting circuits 16-18, the output of two-phase voltage command pattern signals valpha, vbeta used when fundamental wave voltage components ed, eq are detected is generated. By fundamental wave component detectors 21, 22, the fundamental wave components ed, eq of voltage is computed. By a fundamental wave voltage detector 23, from the fundamental wave components ed, eq' the scale of the fundamental wave component of motor voltage is detected.
